Once your villa reaches 160 occupied days in a calendar year, the commission increases by 3% for that year (e.g. from 12% to 15%). The bonus is calculated once, at the end of the year.

With this model, our commitment is clear: we work on your villa every day (pricing, visibility, guest experience) to get the most out of it, rather than accepting whatever the season happens to bring. Our story
Caraflas. Coming home to Crete.
After years of travelling the world and living in Switzerland, Christos eventually felt the pull of home and returned to his village on the northern coast of Crete. Not quite an Odyssey, perhaps, but after many years abroad, it was time to come home.
And he didn't come back alone. In Zurich, Christos had met Sarah, a Berlin native with Polish and Italian roots. Speaking five languages and no stranger to life between different cultures, Sarah quickly fell in love with Crete. It didn't take much convincing: the idea of building a life on the island and creating Caraflas together soon followed.
